Purchasing
Online
It's so easy to purchase online, simply make your selection, click on the buy button and the item will be transferred to your shopping basket. Once you have finished shopping go to 'view basket' and select 'continue' to enter your personal details for delivery and preferred payment method.
Mail Order
Select ' Postal Order Form' at the base of our website and print or copy/print off the form, complete the details and post/fax to us with your payment.
Phone
Telephone between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) and we will happily take your order over the 'phone. Outside of these hours please leave your details on our voice mail service and we will return your call.
Payment
Payment is accepted in £ Sterling.
All UK purchases will have VAT added at the current rate.
We accept payment by cheques made payable to JLJ Healthcare Ltd.
We accept payment by credit and debit card via the PayPal secure server.

Shipping & Handling
We charge a flat rate of £4.00 for postage and packing.
We ship all UK orders 1st class Recorded Delivery. You can expect delivery of your goods within 10 working days provided there are no disruptions to the mail service and we have the products in stock.
We will send you an invoice showing the VAT element and marked paid for your records.
For customers outside of the UK please contact us with your order and preferred payment method and we will notify of the shipping costs.

Out of Stock
We will notify you of any requested item that is out of stock in order that you can cancel your order or instruct us to hold your order and dispatch when the item is back in stock. We will not take payment for any item until it has been dispatched. We reserve the right to update and change products without notification.
Substitution
We will notify you of alternative products should the item you have ordered be unavailable but will not substitute unless you have agreed to accept an alternative.
Credit Card Security
All online credit card information is processed by the PayPal secure server.

Your Rights to Cancel
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt, to do so you must notify us in writing by Fax, e-mail or Royal Mail, we will issue you with a refund for the amount you paid less the costs incurred for postage and packing. The returned items must be unopened and unused and returned in the packaging material we supplied them in.
Returns
We do not operate a refund service for unwanted items, however we will be more than happy to replace faulty or damaged products. On receipt of goods you have 10 days to notify us if they are damaged or faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
